My name is Russell Miller and as you can see by the picture and the stupid grin, I've completed riding my cycle from Land's End to John O'Groats.

I did this over 12 days and was in the saddle for approximately 63 hours covering 967 miles. I had an overall average speed of 15.1mph and hit a top speed of 46.4 mph somewhere in Devon. In total I raised
